Welcome to Luxlink Limo Inc. (“Luxlink Limo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our services via our website, mobile application, or any other platform (collectively referred to as the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of Luxlink Limo’s services and any disputes that may arise from such use. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with a reservation or accessing any part of the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the services offered by Luxlink Limo.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms, which include any policies, disclaimers, and guidelines referenced herein. Luxlink Limo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure awareness of any updates or changes. Your continued use of the Site or services after any such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Luxlink Limo reserves the right to deny access to its services to any person or entity at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. We may also impose restrictions on certain services or limit access to portions of the Site without prior notice or liability.
2. Reservation Terms and Waiting Time
Reservation Confirmation: The rate presented at the time of booking is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer. This estimated rate is not final and may change based on actual trip usage, including but not limited to waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking, or additional services requested during the ride. The final charge will reflect the actual usage and will be billed accordingly. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, and any changes made after confirmation may affect the final cost.
Airport Pickup: Luxlink Limo offers both curbside and “Meet & Greet” pickup services at airports. By default, airport pickups are curbside, where the chauffeur waits in the designated pickup area and passengers are responsible for meeting the chauffeur at that location. If “Meet & Greet” services are selected, a chauffeur will meet the passenger inside the terminal, typically at the baggage claim area, or at another agreed-upon location. “Meet & Greet” services incur an additional fee, while curbside pickups are provided at no additional cost. Passengers are responsible for accurately providing flight information and notifying Luxlink Limo of any flight delays or cancellations.
Grace Periods:
- Airport Pickups: Luxlink Limo offers a 1-hour complimentary wait time for domestic flight arrivals and a 1-hour 15-minute grace period for international flight arrivals. The waiting time is calculated from the actual landing time, which is monitored using flight tracking systems. After the grace period, additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
- Non-Airport Pickups: For pickups that are not at airports, Luxlink Limo provides a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. After this grace period, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
- Cruise Ship Pickups: For cruise ship pickups, a 30-minute grace period is provided. After this period, waiting time charges will apply in 15-minute increments.
Extra Stops: Additional stops requested during the trip are subject to the following fees:
- $20.00 for in-route stops within the same town.
- $30.00 for in-route stops in different towns or stops in New York City.
- Out-of-route stops will be quoted on a case-by-case basis based on distance and additional travel time required.
Cleaning Fee: A non-negotiable cleaning fee of $249.00 will be applied for any mess that requires professional cleaning or detailing, such as spills, stains, excessive dirt, or smoking in the vehicle. This fee covers the cost of restoring the vehicle to its standard condition. Luxlink Limo has a strict no-smoking policy, and any violations will result in automatic cleaning charges.
3. Meet & Greet Service
Luxlink Limo’s “Meet & Greet” service provides passengers with a more personalized airport experience. A chauffeur or an airport representative will meet the passenger inside the terminal, assist with luggage, and guide the passenger to the vehicle. This service is particularly beneficial for passengers unfamiliar with the airport or those traveling with heavy luggage or multiple family members.
An additional fee will be charged for the “Meet & Greet” service, and this fee varies based on the airport and the level of service requested. It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information to ensure promptly service and avoid delays.
4. Child Safety Seats
Luxlink Limo provides child safety seats upon request to ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding child transportation. A fee of $25.00 per seat will be applied. Passengers are responsible for informing Luxlink Limo at the time of booking if a child safety seat is needed. The availability of child safety seats may vary based on vehicle type and region, and it is essential that this information is provided in advance to avoid service disruptions.
Luxlink Limo complies with all local and state regulations regarding child safety; however, we do not assume liability for any penalties that may arise if passengers fail to request a child safety seat or provide incorrect information. Passengers should ensure that they select the appropriate type of seat based on the child’s age, weight, and height.
5. Special Event Pricing
During certain times of the year or when demand for transportation services is particularly high (e.g., concerts, sports events, conventions), Luxlink Limo reserves the right to impose special event pricing. These rates may supersede standard pricing and will reflect the increased demand for vehicles and chauffeurs. Special event pricing will be included in the total fare amount along with the all applicable surcharges.
Special event pricing may also apply to large group bookings, special vehicle requests (e.g., luxury or specialty vehicles), or long-distance trips scheduled during high-demand periods.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Free Cancellation: Luxlink Limo offers free cancellations for reservations that are canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel a reservation, passengers must contact Luxlink Limo via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to the full fare of the trip.
No-Show Policy: If the passenger cannot be located or contacted within the allotted grace period—1 hour for domestic flights, 1 hour 15 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for cruise ship pickups, or 15 minutes for non-airport pickups—the reservation will be considered a “No Show,” and the full fare will be charged. It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to notify Luxlink Limo in the event of any delays or difficulties locating the chauffeur.
Change of Reservation: Any changes to the reservation details, such as pickup time, location, or vehicle type, must be communicated to Luxlink Limo at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup. Luxlink Limo reserves the right to accept or deny changes based on availability, and additional charges may apply if the changes result in extended travel time or different vehicle requirements.
7. Use of Affiliates and Third-Party Services
Luxlink Limo may partner with affiliate companies or third-party service providers in certain markets to fulfill ride requests. These partnerships allow us to extend our service offerings to areas outside of our immediate operational reach. While Luxlink Limo strives to ensure that our affiliates uphold the same standards of safety, professionalism, and service quality, we are not liable for any failure by affiliates to meet these standards.
Luxlink Limo is not responsible for any damages, losses, delays, or injuries that occur as a result of the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Should an affiliate service fail to meet Luxlink Limo’s standards or cause any inconvenience, Luxlink Limo will assist in resolving the issue; however, we do not assume liability for any direct or indirect consequences arising from such incidents. Customers are encouraged to report any issues with affiliate services to Luxlink Limo as soon as possible for prompt resolution.
8. Billing and Payment Terms
Pre-Authorization: Luxlink Limo reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit or debit card up to 36 hours before the scheduled trip for the estimated total of the trip, plus an additional 30%. This pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds are available to cover the fare. Failure to pre-authorize the card may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Final Charges: The final fare, including any waiting time, additional stops, or extra services requested during the ride, will be calculated and charged to the payment method on file after the trip is completed. The final charge may take between 48 to 72 business hours to appear on the passenger’s account, depending on the payment processor and the issuing bank.
Payment Processing: Luxlink Limo uses secure third-party payment processors to handle all credit card and debit card transactions. By providing payment information at the time of booking, passengers authorize Luxlink Limo to charge the full fare, including any additional charges incurred during the trip, to the payment method provided. Payment disputes should be raised within 3 days of receiving the final charge.
Double-Billing or Pending Charges: Due to pre-authorization, your bank statement may reflect pending or duplicate charges. These pre-authorizations will be removed once the final total is processed. Luxlink Limo is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or restrictions imposed by your financial institution as a result of pre-authorization or payment processing. Any issues related to double-billing should be reported to Luxlink Limo immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Luxlink Limo is not responsible for delays, missed flights, lost baggage, or other inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control. These factors include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen accidents. Passengers are advised to allow extra travel time to ensure timely arrival at their destination.
Luxlink Limo assumes no liability for personal belongings left in vehicles. While our chauffeurs will make every reasonable effort to recover lost items, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during transportation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxlink Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the passenger for the specific service in question.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York and in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own legal fees, costs, and expenses in connection with the arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Waiver of Class Action: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any claims that are not arbitrated must be brought in the courts of New York, Bronx County.
11. Secure and Lawful Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site and our services in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Site to engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity. Luxlink Limo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and services for any violation of these Terms or for engaging in any prohibited conduct.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Luxlink Limo’s systems or servers.
- Using the Site to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation of Luxlink Limo or its services.
- Violating any intellectual property rights, including those of third parties.
Luxlink Limo reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites for your convenience. These links are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement of the content or services offered by the linked websites. Luxlink Limo is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or security of the content on third-party websites and makes no representations or warranties regarding the same.
By clicking on a hyperlink to a third-party website, you acknowledge that you are leaving the Luxlink Limo Site, and you do so at your own risk. Luxlink Limo disclaims any liability for damages or losses arising from your access to third-party websites.
13. Software Available on the Site
Luxlink Limo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use any software made available on the Site solely for the purpose of accessing and utilizing Luxlink Limo’s services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any software available on the Site. All software is owned by Luxlink Limo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use of the software may result in the termination of your access to the Site and may subject you to legal action.
14. Use of Luxlink Limo’s Online Services
The Site is provided solely for assisting customers in making legitimate reservations and completing transactions with Luxlink Limo. By using the Site, you agree to be financially responsible for all usage made by you or any person using your account, including minors. You agree to supervise all usage of the Site by minors under your name or account.
Overuse, abuse, or unauthorized access to the Site’s reservation facilities may result in denial of access to the Site and its services. Luxlink Limo reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations for any reason, including fraudulent activity, overbooking, or violation of these Terms.
15. Vehicle Damage
Passengers will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip that is beyond the scope of normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to spills, stains, burns, scratches, or any physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. Normal wear and tear, such as minor scuffs or surface marks from standard use, will not be considered vehicle damage.
Damage Fees: In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, Luxlink Limo reserves the right to charge the passenger for the repair or cleaning costs necessary to restore the vehicle to its original condition. This may include the cost of repairing or replacing damaged upholstery, carpets, or other vehicle parts, as well as cleaning fees if professional services are required.
Immediate Charges: If damage occurs, the associated repair or cleaning fees will be charged immediately to the payment method on file. Luxlink Limo will document the damage and passengers may dispute the charge by contacting Luxlink Limo within 5 days of receiving the invoice, and Luxlink Limo will work to resolve the matter.
16. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bronx County, New York, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including this paragraph.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid provision will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. The remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Luxlink Limo with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. A printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents and records.
Luxlink Limo reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms.
